DR. RUBEN PERCZEK

As the founder of Zone 14, my work spans Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and prominent organizations—helping leaders develop the conditions necessary to achieve their most critical priorities while fostering environments where meaningful change can emerge, even in the most complex situations.

My journey to strategic leadership began as a professional tennis player and Davis Cup team member, where I learned firsthand about high performance and resilience. This athletic foundation, combined with my background in cognitive neuroscience and psychology (including post-doctoral work at Stanford University Medical School), gives me a unique perspective on human potential and organizational excellence.

Working across sectors—from government and technology to athletic goods and consumer retail—I help senior leaders confront and transcend their most pressing challenges, linking personal growth to broader organizational impact. I've had the privilege of advising top executives and decision-makers on navigating complexity, driving innovation, and fostering cultures of resilience that sustain meaningful progress in critical moments.
